Lovely place for a couple and pet friendly and in a great place to see Norfolk and seaside towns. Very friendly Linda is and lovely breakfast..
Paul and Linda are very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. And they welcome and love dogs. Very comfortable, spotless rooms - including a private sitting room with all mod cons. Lovely breakfast. Quiet, secluded spot yet handy for getting places. If only all B&B's were this good.
Fabulous hosts, beautifully presented rooms with fresh flowers each day, along with fresh towels. Amazing breakfast choice. Comfortable bed, power shower and comfy lounge. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be staying again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here on New Years Eve. We had a large double bedroom and a lounge for our private use with a log burning fire and TV. It was very comfortable and we had wifi, tea and coffee and even some wine and chocolate! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection freshly cooked to order. I will be recommending this to all my friends and family and this is brilliant value for money with great hosts.
