   Lovely hotel close to the train station. I found the room comfortable and quiet. No noise from neighbours etc. Also the shower was stunning! Excellent service but could do with answering the phone. Would recommend.

   My partner and I booked the Revado Hotel for two nights and had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly and genuinely kind member of staff who made us feel at home straight away and took the time to share helpful local information. Our room was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable — the bed in particular was incredibly comfortable and ensured we had a great night’s sleep. Everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay was provided. Breakfast was vegetarian and absolutely delicious, with a great selection that was both fresh and satisfying. The hotel is excellent value for money and perfectly located, just a stone’s throw from Norwich town centre. We couldn’t fault our experience and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.

   Positives: Very friendly and helpful staff, location is fantastic just a short walk from the station in a quiet area. The room was a good size, wallpaper is modern and quite nice and bright. Good range of tea, coffee and even had orange juice and breakfast bars, which you don’t see often! Shower room was a decent size, lots of room to move around. Bed was comfortable enough. Negatives I stayed on the top floor, building had sloped ceilings, I’m 6ft accessing the left side of the bed would be impossible and the teas and coffees were a bit too low to access comfortably. When I went to shower in the morning there was no hot water. Could benefit from 4 pillows on the bed rather than flat two provided. All in all pretty satisfied with my stay and would stay again!

   The room was good and had all the necessary facilities, which I appreciated. However, the carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor that was really difficult to tolerate, and the bathroom also had a strange smell. Hopefully, the hotel can address this issue in the future.

   I plan to stay here on any future visits to Norwich. The rooms are incredibly well maintained and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. My daughter was delighted by the avian-themed wallpaper (a perfect follow-up to our day spent feeding and watching birds at Whitlingham). The bathroom is modern and beautifully finished. Despite the central location, the street noise is impressively well dampened, allowing for a restful night. The staff are also exceptional, incredibly helpful even before we arrived, and similarly welcoming once we did.

   Really decent room. Lovely and warm. Bed was comfy. Really good shower. And the price was really good for what it was. Location was ideal to pubs and clubs. The only note is that the lighting in the bedroom was a bit naff. Other than that would stay again.

   I would need 6 stars to rate this hotel. First of all when I arrived I had booked a double room (I can’t remember bit maybe that was the only option for two persons). When I asked for a twin room I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a double bed and a single bed. Thank you. Second: it’s 10’ walking distance from central Norwich, and the value for money of this hotel is outstanding. Third: breakfast. It’s a really COOKED TO ORDER breakfast, they bring the items when they are cooked, and not all together. Thank you again and see you soon again.

   The staff were super helpful and friendly. They couldn't do more to help. The room was spotless and the welcome tray was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was excellent, but be warned that it is vegetarian, in case you didn't know before. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay and would definitely go again if we venture back into Norwich.
