Ive stayed here a few times while working in Norwich. It's good enough, clean & tidy. I'd recommend having a private bathroom but that's just personal preference. Conviently located close to the train station and city centre

Avoid this place if you can, the rooms are really cold and windows are single glaze so all the noise from the street and restaurant kitchen below is terrible. The walls between rooms are paper thin and can hear conversations in other rooms. The bedding was filthy piss stains and even blood patches I imagine always check under sheets. The shared bathrooms are dirty with hair in showers and stains around toilets. When I complained all I was told is you can have a refund and leave if you don't like it and this was 9:30pm as I arrived late travelling for work. Very disappointed.

The people were nice but the hotel was dirty, it was disgusting. Hairs and dirt on bedding. Dust everywhere and stains in shower and bathroom. Didn’t smell nice either. They really need to up their cleaning because at this point it’s a bio hazard. I’ve stayed in a lot of affordable places that were all fairly clean but this was just so dirty. Felt disgusting sleeping in a bed with dust and hair on it.

The staffs were really helpful and they have a great heart. The day I reached Norwich the hotel was full. Staffs didn't let me down and offered me free lunch the way Indians behave. My company booked a hotel for me was that bit away from the city centre. So I went to check if they have any room empty. I can't comment much because I didn't stayed there but the people and the location was really nice. Thank you so much for the great humanity you people showed. It's been 4 years it had happened but I couldn't say thanks. Because when I came back to India, I forgot the name of the hotel and today after searching my office document I could find the name.

Food is quite authentic. Limited options. Downside is that I find very fattening and unhealthy. Maybe it could just be me but try yourself.

No window curtain in bathroom. On my 2nd night i had no help with luggage despite no lifts at the place. Also i made several attempts to get ny tv to work and was fobbed off several times by the guy on the orher end of the phone...

I had called ahead to say I would be a little late. The guy who received my call (and subsequently let me in) was very helpful. I was going to give 4 stars, but my second night was disturbed by a lot of drilling that sounded like it was coming through the ensuite wall.

The hotel had restraursnt as well and the was construction for all night. Impossiblr to sleep with the noise they are making. I warned them when it was 1am but they continued. Dirty, smelly and noisy.

Rude, dishonest, opportunist, money grabbing staff. I was left to sleep in my car when they refused to check me in on arrival, alleging that I was too late, and would not pay the late check in fee which there was no mention of on the booking page. This despite clear communication of my expected arrival time when booking and messages back and forth about parking facilities. Even sent me a message declining my check in time AFTER I had been turned away at the door, as if to cover themselves. I have screenshots of the time stamped message thread. I have no objection to paying a late check in/out fee, and have done so in the past, but only if clearly stated or prearranged.
