   I used Waugh & Co recently and found their conveyancing service to be poor. The staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone. I would not use this firm again or recommend it.

   I have used Waugh & Co three times over the last two years, twice for property matters and once for their will writing services. I wouldn't consider anywhere else. The work is carried out efficiently and timeously and all the staff I have dealt with are polite and friendly. I totally recommend them.

   We used Coral Nottage (supported by Kay) from Waugh & Co for our recent house purchase. This was far from a straightforward purchase, coupled with the fact that the seller's solicitors were slow, unresponsive and completely disorganised. However, Coral and Kay provided incredible support throughout and we felt completely at ease knowing they had everything in hand. Coral provided clear updates throughout and was extremely diligent, always pushing to get the answers from the other side and ensuring we were fully protected. Their advice was invaluable and worth every penny. Thank you so much for getting us there, we will definitely be using you again!
