Arrived late to the hotel, reception was unmanned but the owner had rung and texted me all the details, so was quiet happy to sort myself out, the room I was in was very nice had everything I needed and more, wasn't expecting a microwave which is a added bonus for next time I stay. Overall definitely worth the price to stay

Just had a week in one of the cottages whilst attending safety courses at Norwich Airport. Really nice apartment. Spotless, with all home comforts and facilities. Local shops and a really nice Indian Restaurant nearby. Some great dog walks too. Ideally located to the North of Norwich for exploring the many attractions of North Norfolk. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently stayed in one of the self catering apartments. From the very first our experience was 100%. We had a ground floor apartment consisting of a small lounge with a comfortable settee, footstool and armchair and large TV ( Freeview) leading to an open plan kitchen and then a bedroom (with TV) comprising a double zip and link bed. The bathroom was designed for disabled people so it was very roomy with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was well equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own meals. The only suggestions we would have would be to supply a pair of kitchen scissors and a large kitchen preparation knife. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we could park about 10 yards away to unload and load. We came with our dog and there is a lovely, large and well kept grass area outside where we could take her for a toilet break and a run around or there is also a self-contained garden that comes with the accommodation. Additionally there is access to some lovely wooded areas to the side and behind the self-catering apartments ideal for a late evening dog walk. Booking was very easy and we had a text from Genevieve a few days before with the key code to unlock the key box to the apartment. We met Genevieve one time, the Manager, who is a very friendly lady as we had a small issue getting the right code for the Wi-Fi which was resolved very promptly. There are some great pubs within about 10 minutes drive and we would recommend The Plough Inn, The Parson and The Fox. They are all dog friendly but we would suggest that you phone them to book as they don't allow dogs in all eating areas. Horsford is ideally located for the beach at Cromer about 30 minutes away or shopping in Norwich. We would highly recommend staying at Church Farm self catering accommodation

I had a prolonged hotel stay between moving house. I wish I’d found Church Farm much earlier. The cleanliness was outstanding. The omelette’s are the best I’ve ever tasted(including my own) thank you Carol. The room was very well equipped with fridge and microwave. Michaela the manager was always accommodating, friendly and reassuring at such a stressful time. Thank you to you all. Best wishes Julie x

I cannot express how lovely this stay was, staff were accomodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and homely. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The grounds are beautifully stunning and quiet. Overall, I could not recommend the church farm guest house anymore. Singing your praises, thank you!

A good experience. Reception staff were helpful and the service was above par. The room was a reasonable size and had a microwave which was useful. Breakfast was delayed but was worth the wait. Only downside was the room never had AC, however opening the window brought in a.lovely breeze.
