Wonderful holiday home! third visit to King Line but first time in Lady Lodge. What a lovely lodge. So comfortable. Clayre was her usual welcoming self - it's like visiting family!! We're back in October as we love it here so much.
Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Fishing on the river bure from the garden for hubby, very comfortable lodge to read many books for me! On our second visit now and two more planned for 2025! Fantastic accommodation and the best manager ever (clayre). Think we'll be coming back for years!
Fabulous location! Comfortable accommodation. Great for large family to get together, especially if any members are disabled. Clayre, the site manager, is so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Super local facilities. Easy access to many Norfolk attractions and places of interest. Wonderful wildlife. Didn't want to come home !
Just back from another excellent relaxing break on the river bank at King Line Cottages. We stayed in Kate's Lodge, the smallest of the properties, which sleeps three people. It's been refurbished, and it's clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Clayre, the site manager, and her colleague Julie were very helpful and friendly. We only wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next year.
Eagle Cottage & Annexe were perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to suit our requirements, very clean and spacious. Private parking very convenient too. It's set in beautiful surroundings. Clayre was excellent - answered all my communications very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. Daniel was very helpful too, with my initial enquiries. Thank you very much to the whole King Line team for a great holiday.
Wonderful views of the boats and wildlife from our riverside location. The cottage was clean and well equipped, very accessible too with ramps and also hand grips in the bathrooms. Mom loved the comfy electric recliner to sit in while she watched the world go by! The site manager, Clayre, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Hope to return soon
My parents have enjoyed a wonderful week at Kate's Lodge. Both Daniel and Clayre were extremely helpful and reassuring. Thank you King Line Cottages for making mum and dad's week by the water a safe and happy one.
Beautiful place and so friendly and helpful. Amazing people and wonderful scenery. The lodge was clean and spacious absolute luxury. The gentleman I supported in a wheelchair throughly enjoyed it and the view it had plenty of space as he has quite a big wheelchair. Thank you so much
Quayside Lodge - not long home after an incredibly pleasant week in Quayside Lodge. The location is great, with scenic views out onto the river and is very close to walks, pubs, Norwich and the beach. What really sets the place apart is the disabled access (ramps, wet room, parking) these were all perfect for elderly relatives or wheelchair access. Looking forward to coming back in future!
