Went for a drink and ended up staying for food and listening to live music. The castle inn has the best Asian food in Norfolk / Suffolk. A Cambodian chef, making cracking currys and the best spring rolls out there. Huge vegetarian menu that wasn't your usual boring pub food. Amazing venue and not just that, the staff are the friendliest out there. Live music as well, very talented band and played great tracks. Great pub garden in the summer. Closed from Jan until Feb 14.

I went to the pub just to drink the fabulous natural orange juice. It’s not easy to find a place selling that. Everybody was really friendly. Thank you so much for your attention guys.

Went for a meal with my partner,I ordered the steak special which was 10oz rump rare with a red wine and garlic sauce served with mushrooms and tomato, after a 45min wait with no one else in ordering,I was presented with a grey well done steak with 3 shriveled mushrooms and half a tomato, £22.95 !!!! Absolutely disgusting,I refused to eat it,I've been served some overpriced dishes in my life but this was absolutely taking the p##s, I will not be visiting again or recommending it to anyone.

Expensive room for how it is decorated and maintained but spotlessly clean and very warm and welcoming on arrival. We liked the use of a key safe. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive during our stay and the breakfast had great quality ingredients including bread from the local bakery.

Absolutely not worth the £120 I paid for a rather dated twin room. Clean but let down by mould on bathroom.blind and around shower. Curtains in bedroom old and faded. Altogether a disappointing experience. Breakfast was OK, average and stingy, probably would have preferred to go to local cafe. Staff were lovely however , couldn't do enough to help you. Owners not on site and polite texts didn't help with the inconvenience of trying to work a key safe in the dark outside a deserted pub. Will not ever go back

Stayed here overnight old house but rooms are lovely very quiet had a great nights sleep had a full English breakfast which was amazing although the gentleman that served me was a bit miffed when I asked for tinned tomatoes, I could tell straight away that you had food quality passion but I do prefer tinned tomatoes. Anyway, thank you will defo recommend you also the pictures say it all.
