Booked 9 hours in advance for a cab to the station for the early hours of the morning, got a text ten minutes before the established time to inform the taxi was coming, then it never showed up. Called the operator who said it's a busy time, they don't have cars, not sure when they can get one, I should have called them last night instead of using the app, etc. We took our heavy luggage to the bus stop resigned to miss our train to the airport. Luckily a cab of a different company was driving by, so we were able to make our train just in time. He was puzzled by our story, told us it was actually a really quiet time of the day and there were lots of cars available. I'm deleting the 204060 app and will be calling 202020 from now on.

The person on reception was great as I explained we needed to bring a dog home in the taxi who had a procedure done. They quoted around £15 for the distance which is correct as I know from previous journeys. Unfortunately, as it was my vulnerable son in the taxi woth the vulnerable dog, the driver must have thought to take advantage. He drove nearly 2 miles further than what it is and charged more than double the amount quoted.

Booked a taxi last minute for ASAP, after trying another firm who were fully booked. I live out in the sticks and was told it would be about 20 minutes. 3 minutes later I received a text telling me my car was dispatched and a description. 12 minutes after calling I got another message saying my car was arriving and to be ready. And my car arrived. The driver was friendly and polite. Great service, thank you. I will definitely use you again.

What a fantastic service. I phoned to book the first trip and booked the return trip via the app, amazing quick service and they even accepted my small dog. Will 100% be booking again during my day visit to Brighton. The app was brilliant, kept me up to date with who my driver will be, the licence number and registration plate. Thank you!

Booked a taxi via phone with this company for Brighton 10km, to take me from a residential address to the seafront (start of the race). I was told I would get a text when the driver was on their way - I didn’t get one. I got a phone call a few minutes after my booked time, I answered and was cut off. I called back and was told my driver was “5-10 minutes away”. I called in 10 mins when a taxi hadn’t yet arrived, to be told - “oh - well I can book you another taxi”, I asked but wasn’t told where my original taxi had gone! That is very poor service, because obviously I had an event to get to on time, and had left myself a lot of time to get there - but they couldn’t say whether my taxi had just picked up someone else instead or broken down or anything, just that they would book me another one. How would I know that one wouldn’t also pick someone else up? I said how long would it be - I was told “about 15 minutes” - but I couldn’t trust that was true and if I waited and it didn’t turn up, I would arrive at the start too late. So had to walk 45 minutes to the start, very disappointed and will never use again, and I recommend others to not bother booking with them. Yes it was Brighton marathon weekend and yes there would be expected delays (hence why I gave myself a lot of time to get there) - but the fact that the operator implied my booking had just been cancelled without my knowledge (as he said “oh I’ll book another one for you then”) means that I don’t have trust in them - not what I needed on such a big event day. I would’ve been fine if they had said it will be delayed by 20 minutes, as long as they were honeys and actually told me what was going on and not telling me my taxi had disappeared and a new one needed to be booed if I wanted it. Perhaps it was one absolutely terrible taxi operator, who caused unnecessary stress (for me and possibly the driver, depending on what they were being told) - because the one who booked the taxi for me the day before was helpful - but I can’t trust them at all now.

Great cab service as following my call a car turned up within five minutes and they sent a text with car reg number along with name of driver. Excellent idea for security of passengers. Even more impressive was that the drivers knew all the back cuts to save time and my money! Fantastic service.

Friendly booking representative on the phone. Was told can will arrive around my time of pick up but it arrived bang on time. Can was not the cleanest, hence 4 stars (tbf it was just old so not really a complaint). Driver was knowledgeable of the roads and safe. Will use again.

If you are looking for Pet friendly cars, don't book. I've used this company on and off for a couple of years. I always give them the benefit of the doubt, when mistakes happen, but unfortunately they've mucked me around 90% of the time. I booked a taxi the day before traveling. I phoned them once my booked car today was 10 mins late. They told me my driver was round the corner. Another 15 minutes pass. After phoning them again they said they didn't even send one. They said they should never of even booked me one due to asking for a pet friendly taxi. Everyone I speak to gave me a different story regarding what's happening. This exact situation has happened once before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not again.
