I have been using this company for over 2 years and the owner has always been available, punctual and very efficient. Recently, he came to my rescue when I got caught up with my two girls in the drone chaos at Gatwick airport. Despite having just dropped us off just 30min earlier, they turned the car around to pick us up again when we called for help. Many thanks for your always reliable service!
After using his service years ago (price was good, but he spent the entire journey moaning about life - not what you want when you're off on holiday), he then kept sending me marketing emails. I asked him twice to stop, but the emails continued, so I pointed out that he's not supposed to do that and again asked him to stop emailing me. Instead of just removing me from his database, he sent a rude and insulting email back, and told me he doesn't know how to use email properly! Very unprofessional. Pay an extra few quid and use a reputable company.

We paid extra for the driver to be waiting in the airport with a sign (as promised with the booking), yet the driver was late (with no traffic to account for it) and he wasn't there. He eventually phoned back (after we called to inquire) to tell us to wait on the curb well outside the regular pick up area. When we asked why we hadn't met him inside he YELLED at us, "what difference does it make to you", and "well, you're here now". He drove aggressively and threw our items out of the car when we arrived. Would never, never use this service again, even though our first experience was more positive. This experience today - from start to finish - was the worst taxi experience, and was totally inexcusable.
I recently booked a journey with the business from Brighton to Gatwick. The driver was friendly and he helped load my bags. The service was impeccable. The car was very clean and well presented and the payment process at the end of my journey was a doddle. I also phoned other well known taxi firms in and around Brighton and Brighton Early Taxis was by far the cheapest of them all. Would highly recommend the business to anyone. Would never get the train to the airport again!
