   I always use Jade for airports, ports and other long distance routes as public transport is so unreliable. They are always on time, friendly and the drivers make me feel safe in their cars. Communication is superb when landing and finding the driver in busy airports and ports and the fares are reasonable for the service provided.

   We had an awful experience this morning with this company. There is a train strike in the UK and we booked a car in advance to go to London. Not only did they cancel the trip without sending any notice (we checked the email several times), but we have also not yet got our money back. They sent a screenshot but the money is not in our account. We are highly disappointed with the way we were treated. Answering to your answer: The cancellation was not sent the same day, it was sent the day after and it went to spam because it was sent from a different email address that just says “sales” and which was not recognised. As for the money, it is not a problem with the bank, you told us on the phone clearly that your system (paypal) is the one that gives the money back in four days. Either way, it is ridiculous that if it is not confirmed and if you will cancel it on the same day you take the money out of our bank (which, by the way, is quite a lot of money because it was a long trip) and expect it to be ok. Summing up: dont take money from people if the trip is not confirmed and you will not give it back immediately. And in any case if you cancel, call the person or make sure they are notified.

   My first time using Jade Travel Peacehaven. If I could give this Taxi service 6 stars I would. Absolutely outstanding service today from Tarek and the Drivers. Thank you Tarek for your complete understanding and ensuring my elderly mother was collected from Southampton Docks despite my uncertainty and the lack of communication I could get with my Mum, (due to her not knowing how to use her mobile properly!) You reassured me and even with my mum not having a confirmed booking! as she forgot to book her return journey! You all went out of your way to make sure she was collected. I can't thank you all enough, Jade travel will always be my first choice in the future from now on. Thank you so much for a brilliant service
