    Appalling. Didn't bother to turn up, leaving us late our own child's birthday party. When we finally spoke to someone 20 mins after they said the cab had been dispatched, they first attempted to lie and say they were outside - which they were not - and then doubled down on excuses, attempted to blame us and offered no apology or customer service. Never use this company again. Tried to avoid uber to be supportive of local business, but never again. SHOCKING. One star because I can't do none but thanks for almost ruining our child's eight birthday.

    My sister has special needs, and her safety is always my absolute priority. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Arrow Company in Worthing has been deeply worrying. Firstly, her booked taxi was completely mishandled β€” she was not collected and we were informed she would not be collected until the following day. This alone was frightening, but thankfully she was at home at the time. She then became unsure whether she was going to be collected at all, which caused significant distress. When I contacted the office to clarify the situation, I was spoken to incredibly unprofessionally. A member of staff hid behind β€œdata protection” rather than offering any reassurance or basic information, and I was even told to β€œcall the police.” This response was unacceptable and alarming, especially given that my sister could be left waiting alone, in the dark and cold, for a taxi that might never arrive β€” despite having a confirmed booking. For a company responsible for transporting vulnerable individuals, this level of communication and care is extremely concerning. Reliable, safe and compassionate service is the bare minimum, and sadly this experience fell far below that standard. Update: My sister was not collected at 19:00, leaving her vulnerable, alone, in the dark and cold β€” despite my mum receiving clear confirmation that the booking was in place. This is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable. A company responsible for transporting vulnerable individuals should take safeguarding seriously. Arrow Company has demonstrated the opposite. You should be ashamed of the distress and risk this caused. I will be reporting this safeguarding breach to the council. Do not trust this taxi company. They cannot be relied upon, especially when it matters most.

    Phoned the office while at Gatwick at 12.30am and again 5 mins before arriving at Worthing station at 2am. Arrow sent a confirmation text and taxi was waiting outside. Overall, it was a very professional and safe service esp for a single female travelling very late at night. I would highly recommend.

    Hi. Last night I took a taxi back from Honey suckle lane. About 1.am. The driver was polite but on the drop off to The Rest in Findon Village. Very dark & late the driver ask if I was staying on my own! Very uncomfortable. I told him my partner was in the room unwell. Not happy as a single female staying on my own. Rebecca

    An absolute joke .. I pre booked through their app a 6 seater over 4 days ago .. I get a phone call today explaining that actually it’s not guaranteed.. the lovely girl Scarlett was telling me the Arrow Company do not and cannot guarantee I’ll get the 6 seater . So basically should they decide at the time they may just send two cars instead , which would cost me almost double .. I’m sorry what on earth is the point of the app and the option to pre book .. would they do this if I needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle ..? Honestly I don’t understand how they have the monopoly of the whole worthing area . What shocking service .. u may as well send me a bike ? Absolutely shocking ! Obviously I cancelled the booking.

    Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!. Driver polite friendly helpful. Assisted with luggage. Happy temperament. I always use this company and they are efficient friendly and reliable. They obviously have a good recruitment strategy. Thank you! One very grateful customer.

    Fast and friendly. There were massive traffic jams on all the normal routes so the driver offered us the choice of taking a diversion which was a few miles longer but would be much faster or going the short and therefor cheaper route that would take a lot longer. We opted for the fast route and got home in half an hour, someone else who left earlier and took the short route took two and a half hours to get home!

    We booked a taxi to take us to Heathrow Airport for 01.30am. It arrived bang on time. We had also booked for the return journey as well, again, right on time. Andy the driver on both journeys was only too willing to help load the bags etc. and came over a really friendly guy. The car was very clean and tidy, not like some I could mention. I will certainly use your services again and will recommend you to any of our family and friends who need great service. Thank you and Andy for a very professional service.

    My train from Worthing to London was cancelled which meant I couldn’t make a connection to Liverpool in time. I phoned up arrow taxis who had a taxi outside in minutes and got me to Brighton station in the nick of time to get my London train. They saved my weekend. Lovely friendly driver, helpful operator and all fees quoted upfront with texts listing my drivers name and car reg and model etc. great service, couldn’t fault.

    Most disappointed in Arrow’s service tonight. Booked a cab 4 hours in advance and an arrow cab arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes late, only to drop a person off and tell us that we have to book a cab, which we told the driver we had. The cab drive off only to drive around the block, slow down at the same corner, see us still waiting and drive off again. When my partner called the firm the operator was blunt and rude. Luckily a friendly local offered to share their prompt cab from a rival firm who we shall use in future. We were able to cancel the cab very easily.
