Booked a taxi for my family to get home for 12.45am. Time came and went so at 1am I phoned and asked where the taxi was to be told it would be there in 20 mins. 20 mins came and went so I called again and was told the taxi was 5 mins away. 5 mins went by and still didn’t turn up. Phoned again to see where the taxi was and was told that it was now another 20 mins away. When I complained about the poor service I was hung up on. Eventually had a phone call to say the taxi was here but over an hour late by which time I had managed to get an Uber for nearly half the price. No doubt Wester Cars will give some BS reply about how sorry they are to here this and that this is not the normal level of service they provide but my advice to anyone is to avoid using Western Cars at all costs as they are rude and do not care about their customers as they left me and my family including two young children standing in sub zero temperatures for over an hour. Without doubt the worst customer experience I have ever endured. Utterly disgusting. Would give zero stars if possible.

Western Cars is by far the best taxi company I have used. Their drivers are consistently courteous and helpful, and the level of customer service they provide is exceptional. On one occasion, after experiencing delays with other companies, I contacted Western Cars to book a taxi. I was informed that the driver would arrive in 15 minutes—and, impressively, the driver arrived exactly on time. Their reliability and professionalism truly set them apart.

I got immediate response on the phone, fast booking, taxi available in literally a few minutes, the drive was smooth and efficient, the driver was genial and kind, the car was very comfortable (actually a luxury car) and clean. What could I request more than that? Thanks!!

The driver called the headquarters to inquire why they didn’t adjust his settings to show I made an online payment. They hung up on him. When called back, they said I didn’t pay and for me to pay again. I said I have evidence (I showed it to the driver too and he said he has seen that I paid too) so why should I pay again, post a while waiting at my destination wanting to go, they took a while to verify. Poor service, I will not be using their services again. Sticking to Uber!
