Received a call with an update on my order and confirmation of delivery details less than 10 minutes of placing order. Order was received on time!     I ordered a double oven. Webbs came at the time/day expected. The fitters were very professional and efficient, especially when it looked like the oven might not fit. Thankfully it did and I am very happy with the oven and the service, thank you.

    Having chosen the Bosch dryer we wanted searched through google found Webbs who helped us out with questions we asked, didn’t place the order until the following day which we did on line. We then received a phone call from the representative who remembered the phone call from the previous day and offered the delivery on the day he had quoted although this was 3 days earlier than the booking on line. I was seriously impressed by the service.

    I ordered a washer dryer from this company, and everything from the initial purchase to the delivery was seamless. I honestly didn’t think true perfection in service existed, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Every detail they promised was fulfilled: the delivery timeframe, clear communication, careful handling of the appliance, removal of all packaging, and a thorough explanation of how to use the machine. The two young gentlemen who handled the delivery were courteous, professional, and patient in answering all my questions with calmness and honesty. It’s rare to find such a complete, premium level of service at such a competitive priceβ€”something even larger companies often fail to deliver. I would definitely recommend buying from them and will very likely make future purchases as well.

    Gave great advice for my new washing machine, a new Blomberg model at a great price. Was delivered on the day agreed, in the morning as agreed. The team installed it quickly and efficiently, gave me a quick run through and then removed all of the rubbish. Can't fault any of the team I dealt with as I have always done and will again. Highly recommended.

    Had vacuum cleaner which developed a fault. Within a week it was replaced. Had phone calls to keep me updated. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent service.

    Customer service and communication does not exist. I waited 10 days and they didn't call regarding my online order. I paid another supplier a little more but I got next day delivery.

    I ordered a fridge-freezer in early Sept, but was told a week after that the model wasn't available and asked if I'd like to swop to a different model - which I agreed and paid an additional Β£24 for to cover the additional cost. Just a day before the delivery, their courier noted that I was living in a block of flats and couldn't deliver my fridge-freezer due to height issues in the lift (I mentioned that the ceiling would be high enough as they needed a minimum height of 7ft, and mine was a good 2.4m or 7'8") . This should've been mentioned and considered before as I had an urgent order for baked goods and relied on the fridge coming in. Webbs, rather than calling to apologise for not being able to fulfil their part, or work a solution to have the freezer delivered proceeded to cancel my order without any prior notification in which a refund would take place over the next few days. The refund came in, but it was the price of the original (first) model (minus the additional I paid). I've tried emailing and calling them for the additional money to no avail, and they make you wait too long on the live chats. Worst service ever.

    I ordered an expensive Neff filter over 3 weeks ago. They called to say it had arrived and I paid over the phone. They took the money and now no filter. I’ve emailed and called numerous times. Occasionally they answered and said they’d look in to it. Now the phone does not get answered and no email communications. Not sure if I will ever see my filter or my money! Very poor service, I’d avoid.
