After a track day, I needed a tar remover to remove the tyre glue. I found a motor parts store nearby. I bought this Alpha tar and glue remover at a reasonable price. What a surprise—it was super easy to remove the tar.
I have been going to these people for a few years now but today re visited to buy some valeting products and was served by a lovely young man, most polite and grateful for my custom. Such a pleasant experience from what you get most times these days. I will continue to support this lovely small business in our village. Thank you all at PDM.
Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
