   Power steering pump pulley ordered almost 2 weeks ago. Told would arrive on today's delivery. Called at 11am couldn't confirm as still unpacking said would call back in short while. Nothing so called back just before 1pm only to be told it hadn't arrived. I was expecting to pick this part up today as car booked for an event tomorrow evening. Totally ruined all plans now. Part now ordered at Rock Auto as I know I can rely on it turning up when it should. Mistakes happen I know, but the lack of communication on this isn't acceptable.

   Great place for american spares and related service items. They carry a huge amount of parts on the shelf. They've nearly always had what i've needed and if special ordered, its only taken a week or maybe a little longer for rarer parts required to arrive. Very knowledgable people. Would highly recommend them.
