Super helpful staff! Whatever I need, they've got all the right recommendations and are incredibly knowledgeable. They have exactly what I need every time I come in, and if I'm not sure of anything they're straight in with all the information about pretty much any car and any product. Wouldn't go anywhere else for most things car related. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, what more could you possibly ask for!
Amazing costumer service! Had an issue with delivery (ordered with eBay) and urgently needed car part I ordered. Checked information about store, while looking for contact phone number and realized it's just 15 minutes away from me! When I called, costumer service advisor couldn't be any more helpful, she got everything sorted for me within minutes, so all I needed to do is just come and collect.
A shop situated in a residential area and the only drawback could be parking. Once inside this Alladins cave there are plenty of staff ready to answer any queries you may have. I wanted a complete set of brake wheel cylinders for a 58 morris minor. Nothing on the shelves but will be there for me within 24hours. Very recommended.
I always try to support local businesses. Whilst in Wellingborough town I thought I would pop in to buy a few bits for my car. Waited in line for around 15 minutes whilst others being served. 3 staff and only 1 serving. When it was my turn the phone rang and the Gentleman serving completely ignored me and answered the phone. I Iooked towards the other 2 members of staff in the hope of being served and was ignored by those too. I was absolutely dumbstruck to the point that I walked away. I actually could not believe that after waiting for so long I could be treated like this. I am in no real rush for the parts so will order online. Such a shame.

This family run business is simply the best about, fast delivery's parts are always correct and not a cheap version of. Other than that the people on the phone are always polite and helpful the delivery staff are always friendly and make the effort to say hello etc. Not to mention highly comoenititive in pricing. 10/10 change nothing
