   I recently had my car "repaired" at Japanese Car Breakers, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. They failed to fix the heating issue, and the 'repair' on the steering wheel has resulted in new problems with my car. To make matters worse, they kept my car for a whole week, causing me significant inconvenience and additional expenses, wasted money on Ubers, and ruined holiday days. I would not recommend this workshop to anyone and would advise others to seek alternative services. Paid £300 for repairs and ended up with a car in worse condition than when I brought it in.

   Great guys, helpful. Called around so many car breakers for honda civic doors in black, some had them but not in black and some were too far out, luckily found Japanese car breakers in bedford. The guys got the doors in the car for me, secured them and even offered me water because it was a hot day. Will definitely be coming back for more parts. Well priced parts too, thanks again.

   Great and quick service.Had my wife's car broken into last night. Shattered front passenger window. Called and asked if they had a spare . Came in immediately and sorted in 30 minutes. No hassle. Would definitely recommend.

   Rang because of an urgent need for a check of my rear differential, got told the ramp was full and hung up on. No offer of when it could be seen in the next few days, no attempt at all to offer any kind of assistance or even to politely say goodbye.

   Quite shabby but with great people and friendly prices and service. They should be able to supply parts to all makes of Japanese cars, particularly Toyota, Nissan, Mazda etc. They will usually quote for a part with an install service, so double check what the price includes.
