    I ordered a B12 suspension kit on the 21st November via 'express' delivery, due to be delivered on the 23rd. Fast forward a week and the item still hadn't been dispatched. I tried to cancel the order as I was having doubts but was told I couldn't as the Eibach springs are delivered from Germany upon order; it does say this very clearly on the item webpage and I missed it at first, so fair enough. Although that does beg the obvious question: how on earth can you promise delivery for within 2 working days when the springs need to be ordered in from Germany? Interesting. Anyway, fast forward to Tuesday 2nd December and I was told by the courier - DX Express - that the kit would be delivered the following day. Brilliant. Fast forward to the 8th, today, and I'm still waiting. I've messaged DX Express several times and they say the item has been scanned in at the sorting depot but not the delivery depot and is a problem that Bilstein have to chase up themselves, as if DX customer services can't get in touch with their own depot... somebody explain that to me. I did reach out to Bilstein for help but haven't heard back thus far. So here I am waiting for the kit after over 2 weeks when it should been delivered after 2 days. Whether the item has been lost or not, DX Express - whose name I find increasingly ironic - is clearly facing issues, which I would normally accept given the postage demands at this time of year. The reason I don't accept it in this case is that the kit is still being offered with 'express' delivery - with the promise of being delivered two days from now - on Bilstein's website at this very moment. That's either a clearly blatant lie to customers who would be doomed to suffer the same fate as me OR it means I'm the only one experiencing these delivery issues. Terrible experience thus far and a purchase I wish hadn't made. Maybe Bilstein should consider a courier of higher repute. I'm 99.9% sure the kit is absolutely brilliant, given Bilstein's reputation, but who knows when I'll find out?

    Awesome product , got the B14 for my Volvo . Different is night and day in performance . Not as comfy as the OEM but you have a trade off in performance. Still very happy :)

    The products are great but they don’t offer everything that you need. I asked for dust covers, bump stops and friction bearing-> no aswers I ordered a Bilstein B12 kit and they asked me if I am ok to go ahead with the order as it is non refundable, I didn’t say β€œyes” but I asked for some clarifications -> they went ahead and palced the order anyways. The products are of good quality though.

    Unfortunately the Bilstein dampers I ordered were not available and I was given an alternative choice of Koni dampers, which I found strange. Also, the Koni dampers were a lot more expensive but I was informed they were a better damper, so purchased & fitted them. They seem OK but the original location bolt at the bottom of the dampers wasn't long enough, so I had to source & purchase 5mm longer high tensile bolts to fit them. I found it strange that the Koni dampers did not come with new dust cover bellows either - the originals I had didn't fit, so something else extra I had to buy.

    when i brought a full kit for my car service was excellent, The i needed a replacement as someone crashed in to me and bent 1 shock. Rung multiple times, left messages, emailed, tryied online chat and nothing still haven’t replyed! I only wanted to check the part number before ordering, Seem your not interested in after service.

    Arrived in about two days from Germany. Tracking number actually arrived days after delivery, it was so quick. Called before to check whether the shocks were in stock and they confirmed in seconds, all round a very easy transaction, and cheapest price I could find anywhere. These ship direct from Bilsteins factory in Germany.

    Ordered some front bilstein shocks that they unfortunately didn't have stock of one them, but had brilliant service and quick replys and sorted me out with a good deal and some better shocks, brilliant customer service will definitely use them again

    Couldn’t have been an easier transaction /customer experience , sadly items were incorrect due to a manf. Change over . Adam tried his hardest to source an alternative but sadly couldn’t, swiftly arranged collection and a refund . To Summarise Great customer journey Expectations set and matched Thanks again

    Rang up to Order my Bilstein B14 rear coil over springs (replacement), on the 23rd March. Took the payment saying they had them in stock and would be sending them the next day , I had to call back two days later as they didn't arrive the company then told me they haven't got them in stock. I got all the evidence via a recording of the phone call. and I'm waiting for my reimbursement from them. If not then I will be informing trading standards as this is a classic example of trade by false advertisement. My very strong advise for other customers is tread with caution as this company is very unorganised and dodgy.

    WARNING WARNING- I'm changing my shocks,rotors and pads, so l ordered the shocks in plenty of time to keep my labour charge to a minimum. Not only did these idiots put the wrong delivery address down and the goods were returned to Germany, they also refused to reorder another set for next day delivery and now l have to take my car back to the garage and get charged twice for labour.
