   I have used Redcoat many times, not only is it competitively priced, the main thing is the personal treatment, Kiana always checks that she has received everything I’m sending, she then makes sure that if more than one item, is all put together in one parcel, to again keep the costs down. Kiana then tells me the next flight it’s going on, so I’m updated all the time. I never have to chase for anything.

   The Redcoat is the worst. My items went missing in their warehouse despite having proof that my package was delivered. I've been reaching out to them for nearly two months, but no solid results. Redcoat is the worst. Won't recommend. You have every right to be on the defensive despite claiming to be a customer oriented company, but please get your facts right next time. I have not dealt with your company before. This is my first time and will be the last one.

   I had an amazing experience with redcoat. The procurement service for individuals is excellent and makes the process of shipping much easier. The swift communication and great customer service has been joyful and stress free unlike my experience with other companies. I used the cleared air freight service and the cleared sea freight service. Charges were reasonable, I was very happy with the UK office and The Office in The Gambia when I went to collect the goods, both offices showed professionalism and great customer service. I have recommended redcoat express to a number of people, all of whom have been over satisfied with their experience.

   I understand everyone might have different experiences but I cannot vouch for this company enough. It is stressful moving across continents and Redcoat made it much easier for me. I was communicating with Jason on the UK side and he went above and beyond his duties. Some of my items were not wrapped properly and that was seen to. I also had items stay with them for a while and I recieved everything. I would totally use this service again!

   Disrespectful and disregard towards their customers. Spoke someone called Chris and he hung up the phone after I was told that my parcel would have been delivered the previous day. Still not received my Parcel and they have guts to tell me that I should just wait and be patient it would turn up.

   Gambian managers has a very poor level of knowledge of international shipment regulations/standards, not taking about client service. They're in constant denial of their basic mistakes. I had a terrible experience with them. Please educate your staff members. Had to pay extra 150$ for their mistake. Not saying about wasted time.. how fair is that?!
