   Went in for a washing machine and the lovely gentleman gave guidance and recommended a few machines and told us how they differ. He was very knowledgeable. I bought it in the mid-morning on a weekday, and he delivered it that evening. Amazing service!! And the shop assistants are adorable.

   Went into Pickup’s on Monday 21/12, for my parents who required a new oven, Very friendly and helpful, oven purchased and fitted 2 days later. In a difficult year with COVID-19 and my parents choosing to stay at home for Christmas I have to say a big thank you to the staff at Pickup’s for this exceptional service. Definitely recommend them.    Brilliant service. Ordered and delivered a fridge freezer within two hours on a Saturday. Fair price and on par with the larger outlets. Keep the smaller shops going and buy from these guys. Selling in Stafford for 60 years, so they know a bit about electrical appliances.

   I needed a tumble dryer so I went to Curry's, they've had a huge selection of them on display but absolutely nothing in stock. So I went to this "good old retailer" (as the other reviewer called it), simply bought one and walked out, no hassle even though it was after closing time. Very good and nice service.
