   Great stock of parts Knowledge and computers mean you get parts which fit Sometimes it's busy with a small queue at the counter but they find extra staff and everyone gets service quickly

   Tried to buy some body filler. Same experience as other reviews no prices, so had to check at counter. Ignored for ages then quoted twice the price I could pay elsewhere and that was with discount! Massive waste of time. Stopped trying to buy from this outlet. Was once much better but you have to go back 7 years. Not all change is good.

   Had a puncture and limped here to get replacement tyre. Turned me away as hadn't booked in. Am so sorry, Motorserv, that I didn't know in advance that I was going to get a puncture. How silly of me!

   Gone rapidly downhill recently. Used to be really good. Staff would always go the extra mile, even if you were after something they couldn't get, they would do their best to look up parts numbers etc for you. Plus they always welcomed you with a smile and were generally pleasant. Seems they had a big change of staff a few months ago and since then the attitude has just been one that gives the impression they don't care. Never a great when someone in retail makes the customer feel that they're an inconvenience just to be got out the way as rapidly as possible. Never been outwardly impolite, but they've been precisely as polite and helpful as they absolutely need to be and nothing more if you get what I mean. I'd accept it on a few occasions because of a new member of staff or folks just having bad days. However this has been every visit now (usually a couple of times a week) for a few months now and just seems to be the new normal. I've used them regularly for the last seven years or so on account of the good service despite being a little more expensive for some things than the likes of Halfords or Amazon. Won't be bothering any more as there's absolutely nothing to set them apart any more, so Halfords it will be as they're 5 rather than 15 minutes away. Real shame.
