   Incredibly poor costumer service. I felt like i was annoying the staff when i asked if i could try shoes on and no one offered any assistance. There was plenty of staff on shop floor on their phones. Also got charged for a 40p plastic bag that i didn’t want. Really dont recommend using this store unfortunately

   I would say worst JD. No choice sometimes no size options. The product here they send are the ones that too old in the market most of the times. Other JDs across the country are so much better.

   Totally unnecessary overly loud music in the new JD store at Merthyr. You can hear it easily right across the car park. Inside it’s just deafening. Just awful.

   THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! we bought a nike air max t-shirt from jd today and paid £30 unfortunately when we got home we found out it was torn (THE EXPECTED THING FROM JD SPORTS)

   shoes were tagged with £25 but when I went to make the payment, they charged £30. When I showed the tag £25. They said inside the shoe £30 price marked so you have to pay £30.

   Love this place, service was good too. Although one member of staff was a little too confident and a bit pushy towards me as my son was unsure of his choice. tip, don't like to be rushed. Shopping is to be enjoyed.
