Euro Car Parts often has great deals on car parts. The only thing that lets this store down is that there is often a long wait to be seen and then to receive your parts
We ordered a pair of front brake pads and discs online on a Friday in October and paid for express delivery so they could be delivered the following Monday. However, the parts were not delivered on the Monday and there was no communication to say they wouldn’t be. I phoned Euro Car Parts on the Tuesday to understand what had happened and the person I spoke to told me they would look into it and phone me back that afternoon. I didn’t receive a call back so phoned them towards the end of the day and was informed that my order was still sitting in the warehouse because four delivery vehicles had broken down. I was given the opportunity to drive to the Bletchley depot and collect my order if I wanted to but declined. Delivery was re-arranged for the Wednesday afternoon (due to not being available to receive it in the morning), but the parts then arrived on the Wednesday morning. We contacted Euro Car Parts and asked them to refund the delivery charge which they did. Communication was poor.
Very poor service, has massively gone down hill since my last visit. I had to wait over 30 minutes for just for an oil filter. I ended up cancelling in the store as it took too long. Wasted 35 minutes of my time and made me late to an appointment I had. Not coming back here ever again.

Hi, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior and treatment I received from the staff at the Eurocar parts on [08/08/2025]. I arrived before 6:00 PM and was already in the queue, waiting to be attended. However, when the time reached 6:00 PM, the staff member refused to let me in or show me, despite the fact that I had been waiting in line before the cut-off time. What concerns me further is that other people were still being allowed inside after 6:00 PM, while I was denied entry. This selective treatment felt unfair and discriminatory, and I believe I was not treated with the respect or fairness expected in such situations. I request that this issue be investigated seriously and that appropriate action be taken. I also request a response regarding the outcome of this complaint. Helpful staff reasonably priced parts and good stock, but they do get busy so may be a wait.
Made online order of 2 license plate lights on a Sunday. Told it could be collected Monday from 9am. On arrival Monday staff said wouldn’t be ready til Tuesday and that was common problem with people ordering on a Sunday? 20 miles and 1 hour wasted. Returned Tuesday to collect , found items to be two different makes, one including bulb other had no bulb, staff did find me a bulb which tested. On paperwork shows items being same make? Luckily I checked items before leaving, otherwise it would have been a return visit again for bulb. Don’t think I will use again in any hurry
Euro car parts is a great store and usually has everything you need. But the Bletchly store is awful!! It takes soooooo long to get anything!!
Slightly smaller than the London equivalent stores but brilliant selection, lots of choice of products!
