   Excellent customer service from Evo Automotive Solutions! We had been given the wrong locking wheel nut back from the garage a few months ago, which we only realised in the past couple of weeks. Our local Suzuki dealer gave us the details for Evo Automotive and I called on Tuesday for advice. They asked me to send photos of the wheel in, they identified which nut we needed and sent me the link to order. It arrived on Thursday! Am extremely grateful for their help and for posting it so quickly. Thank you!

   Ordered a locking nut key, entering the code at checkout. No call, but two days later see a refund from them. Call, and find they don't stock that key or any for Ford. Didn't bother to contact me, so lost over 24 hours before finding out the wouldn't be fulfilling the order. Told on phone that they don't stock Ford, but didn't bother saying that on site. S**t service.

   Fantastic company, recommended by Renault dealer in fact. Was great service I called them up asked what was needed to get a replacement locking wheel nut key. As requested I emailed them photos of the broken key face on and the nut, they responded within a hour with the number I required, I entered it on their form and paid. I recieved the replacement in 24 hours by DPD, its really well made and removed the (supposedly stuck nut according to garage) with ease. I'm really pleased to see that such great service still exists especially after having such poor service from the ETS garage who broke the original locking wheel nut key. Thank you, saved me a lot of work having to drill nuts out, its much appreciated.
