   Battery showing as in stock at the Milton Keynes store. Ordered online for "Click n Collect" at 10:45. Received email saying it's reserved for me and it'll be ready to collect in 30mins. Turned up at 12:15 to collect and they don't have it. They sold it to someone else 30min ago. Wasted an hour of my time driving there on my lunch break. Staff completely not interested: "Nothing to do with me", "I only work here".

   So they were in stock when I ordered them this morning but now, they don't have any, so what is the point of the ordering online system. Staff unhelpful and don't care. Interestingly the person I had to wait behind also had to buy a different set of brake pads because he said they were out of stock. However another person brought out the correct brake pads a few minutes after they had left. I think their stock control must be terrible or they just can't be bothered to look for the correct parts. Suggest you don't go there unless you are desperate and expect to be disappointed if you do.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not sure if staff are just incompetent or will intentionally try to sell you the wrong things. Head office not interested, just told me to go back and complain. Sorry much easier to shop for car parts elsewhere advise you to do the same.

   Very helpful staff and patient as i was unsure of what the part I needed was actually called as im not a technician, the guys at the store got it spot on and was fitted the same day no issues. Cant fault these at all and best of all was £80 cheaper than anywhere else i had been quoted. Highly recommend!!!
