   Would give it -1 if I could! Manager there the rudest little man I have ever met! ( if you can call him a man ) stay away from them they have a mechanic that breaks things on your vehicle and then tell you they will replace it at no cost! Making out they are doing you a favour. Can't wait to see the unprofessional reply. Look at his replies to other posts, STAY AWAY from using Masumin!!!! MINUS 5STAR I RECOMMEND.

   Low quality car parts and the worst service I have ever encountered, after replacing the brake pads, the brake discs are half rusty, which was not the case before, while replacing the brake pads, they damaged the factory paint on the M power calipers. When I came back with a complaint, they refused to give me a warranty on the brake pads and asked me to prove that they damaged the calipers. Non professional and disrespectful behaviour.

   Don’t recommend at all. Took my car in for a diagnostics. 3 days later nothing done then got told I need a whole new engine. Took my car to another place and was fixed in a day. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

   All I have to say there service is top class. They Know what they are doing. I had a problem I went to a garage in Bletchley Milton Keynes. I spent over £250 the problem still was not fixed.    NEVER GO TO THEM EVER. I wish I could give 0 starts but I can’t. Went for a simple work (break pads and disc) literally drove out of the garage and on the way home, my car was smoking heavily. Call them the same day and was advised to bring it back 3 days later. Went to another garage and they were telling me nothing was screw on properly and everything was at fault (work done by beginners). The mechanic that was dealing with my car was so rude and messed my car completely. Had a look at my car incam he’s even gone through places where he shouldn’t have. Once I received the car I saw a tyre pressure light I drove it back into the garage he was closing the gate with no car that I am here trying to flash and horn him. Went back to the garage denied a refund for labour. NEVER GO THESE GUYS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY WASTED MY WHOLE TIME
