The employee saw me parking and noticed that one of my headlights was out. When I got to the counter, he already had the right light bulb waiting for me. He had taken my car registration while I was parking and went to get exactly what I needed. That was a really nice experience and shows what makes an employee special. There are people who truly love their jobs. Sorry I didn’t catch his name. Have a great holiday, everyone!

Needed wiper blades because Halfords let me down. Got the right item in minutes, service was really good, chatty, friendly, knowledgeable. In and out within a few minutes, can’t really ask for more than that. Location is a bit tucked away, fine to drive to but can’t help think they’d do so much more business in a slightly better location.

The staff are incompetent at refunding online orders. They simply don’t want to be involved once a credit note is issued by them. I’ve been waiting over 1 month for a refund to be issued & I’ve contacted the head office who are also incompetent at dealing with multiple credit notes. I will be buying parts from elsewhere, going forward.

Worst experience from a parts store. Have rang multiple times in space of 30 mins. Each time I rang they would say can I hold please. I say no but they put me on hold anyway without waiting for my answer. Then after a minute being on hold phone gets cut off everytime their end. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ILL BE GOING GSF IN FUTURE. MUCH. ETTER SERVICE FROM THEM !!!

Make sure you get a receipt on refunds!!!!! Took a part back, guy said the money would be credited back to my card. It wasn't. Took the man for his word, naive perhaps but maybe the wages aren't that great there? Pretty sad reflection of the state of the world.
