   I do not normally leave reviews unless there exceptional circumstances. Very poor customer service from the mixed race man with tattoos on his knuckles. Rude, condescending and kept calling me "fella". This man's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am in the motor trade and I buy a lot of spares and I really used to enjoy purchasing from Motor Serve Bletchley until the guy who used to serve on the counter was transferred to head office on a promotion. His customer service and knowledge of car parts was impeccable. The incumbent, on the other hand, from my point of view, clearly does not like his job nor the customers. In addition to his rude, arrogant and condescending behaviour, he gave me the wrong part(s) for my vehicle.

   Stupidly busy, ONE member of staff serving (plenty of others wandered through but didn't help), no 'thank you' for my money. Used 'click & collect, but part wasn't pre picked, so still had to wait 15 minutes for it to come out of stores after I'd paid. Avoid.
