I turned up here today with a bin bag of shredding and I hadn’t removed any of the staples from a huge sack of paperwork. Despite it probably being incredibly annoying for her the woman who served me was really helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, and I promise I will take out the staples next time before I bring it in!
The positives - they picked up the item from the local auction with no trouble, didnt damage it either, it did come very well packaged and done properly, pretty faultess in terms of packing so good packing facility. The negatives - communication isnt great, had to chase up where my item was, but the biggest issue is/was their price - very expensive

So people can be careful for their valuable goods for shipment or even their other services too. It’s awful. I sent a box in Europe by mailbox with important goods. There are many things with very good price with an expensive mobile. Instead they send it to Europe they said they lost it. They said they sent it by FedEx. Last four months I was struggling to get right compensation but they were not helping me to get right compensation. Mr Erin who is manager in mailbox in Brightion. He is not helpful at all. He said it’s not his job to help me to get right compensation. Moreover I think and I believe he was related to steal my box. They are gang to steal people belonging. So guys before you ⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️go to mailbox⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️ please please think twice to get any service from mailbox Brighton. Otherwise you will regret whole your life. LADRONES! Simply burglars! Don't bother to waste your money there. Went there for printing on an specific size. Needed 12 copies of it. Guy, very rude despite the unnecessary timewasting effort for making the copies, only did 1 set of it and charged £4 for 4 pages. Left the place still needing the rest of the copies because he did not want to do the rest. Very rude and burglar prices! CUSTOMERS READING THIS: Go to Prontaprint Shop in North Road. The attention was magnificent, precise and despite the weird size of my print, they did all of them, 24 pages and even 3 more, for just £10.
I needed a passport photocopy so I went here since I knew they would be open during lockdown providing essential services. I was informed by the staff that there is a minimum £2.00 printing fee. I left since I only needed 1 page. However 4 stars because the staff were professional about it, and informed me as soon as I told them what I needed.
