   I don’t understand some of the older reviews that claim this business cuts contact with customers when issues arise. From my experience, Albert (the owner) is the complete opposite of that. He is one of the kindest, most down-to-earth owners you could deal with, and any issue—big or small—gets rectified, even after some time has passed. The most recent work KR carried out for me was an ultrasonic clean/strip of the gearbox lower pack. This has completely transformed the way the car shifts gears and resolved my slow reverse/1st gear engagement issue. My car has also been running the KR600 ECU and TCM tune for the past two years without a single problem. Previously, it had an older Litchfield tune, but the KR tune is a huge improvement, especially for the transmission. Unlike the old tune, the KR TCM tune doesn’t hang onto higher gears at low speeds, making the drive far smoother. Rob, the senior technician, is clearly passionate about his work, and the attention to detail he puts into each job is outstanding. I only deal with a select few businesses that consistently deliver quality service, excellent customer support, strong aftercare, and good value for money. KR is one of those rare businesses that ticks all the boxes. Being a smaller company, they also offer a more personal touch—you can build a genuine relationship with them, unlike with larger organisations.

   I bought my 1st GTR from these guys on 6th Aug 2025.. from 1st communication to mid morning txt the following day to check if all was ok . 100% outstanding company and after care here.. Nothing was to much to get back me to save hrs of asking when I got there .. all issues were pointed out in video walk around .. Which ended up nothing .. 100% I would recommend these guys and will use again .. 5 stars isn’t enough for them . *****

   Knight racer are probably one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car so far. I’m detailed and ask a lot of questions when I buy a car but nothing was too too much trouble and all queries were answered promptly. The car was also immaculate and a great price for the spec it had and the modifications done. If you want a fantastic buying experience or an amazing car I’d highly recommend buying from them. Will be using them again for sure in the future.

   Just to put it out for anyone looking for vehicle modifications, knight racer 4.25 GTR blown to pieces from what we believe and evidence suggesting a poor map. Images and videos available if requires but 15 grand out of pocket for a motor plus fitting thanks to workmanship here. Unable to get hold of knight racer for 3 days to even report the issue. No customer service available to even discuss. There are certainly more competent gtr specialists out there and I wish we pursued those places.

   Having only just bought my Stage 4.25 Litchfield tuned GT-R a month ago, I wanted to get it straight in for a service and inspection. However, anyone who really loves their cars (especially a GT-R), won't just take it to the local Kwik Fit and 9 times out of 10 will carry out a ton of research before taking the plunge - even on something as basic as a general service. After reading some of the reviews on here, I have to say, I was apprehensive to say the least... but I would honestly take the negative comments with a pinch of salt. Albert was a complete professional from start to finish and the KR team as a whole went above and beyond to even squeeze in some additional work (changes to the ECU tune) that very same day - despite me only requesting it at 2pm to then be finished by 5:30pm. I've always had to chase for garages for updates and more often than not, you come away feeling like it was a chore for them to actually do their job. This couldn't be further from the truth with Knight-Racer - They are huge car enthusiasts themselves and you can just tell they love what they do for a living. I was continuously kept in the loop via WhatsApp and despite it being closing time when I collected my car, I was greeted by a grinning Albert saying... "You're going to love it. I think we've made it even faster and also ironed out some flat spots in the previous map." Which as a petrolhead, are words I will never get tired of hearing, but it was more the fact that they don't just see you as a quick pay cheque and then move on to the next job. It goes without saying that Knight-Racer will be my go to people when it comes to maintaining, troubleshooting and further enhancing my GT-R in the future. I would thoroughly recommend them!

   Albert and the team were fantastic. They explained everything that was being done to my GTR and were very welcoming. Albert also sent me constant updates with pictures to show what was going on. Price wise again I was very happy with the costs involved and they we’re actually cheaper than I expected. Upon collection the car had been fully cleaned throughout. Overall I was very happy with the customer service I received and the way the car was treated and presented. I Highly recommend Knight-Racer

   Albert took on the tune and revamp of my GTR. Not only adding his own KR650 package but also arranging the wrap and more work. The results were fantastic. No issues at all, great price as i compared to other tuning companies and very hands on, friendly service. The timeline was drawn up and i was kept undated every step of the way. Using Albert for the front and rear bumpers for my new Supra too.
