Female manager is SO rude. Has no manners. Why is that? Pity, all her employees are helpful and polite.
I posted a parcel from this shop, and it was lost. I tried to get compensation using the online customer service, but you cant get hold of a real person, so not resolved, I have now switched back to royal mail, they are more expensive but they have never lost any of my parcels.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not trust HERMES! they are literally a band of professional thieves! I ordered goods and on 5 occasions the goods were left out side on the street on top of the BIN once! They provided NO proof of delivery for two of them! They constantly repeat 'delivery proof pictures' taken on a previous day! PLUS I have got an ongoing police complaint registered against the company and I STILL have NOT heard from a real human Hermes representative! Save your goods and money and go with someone else, they are Despicable and Unethical!
Awful. Robochat infuriating. Delivery was not on day promised or the day after. They eventually attempted delivery to my work address on a bank holiday when it was closed. No facility to communicate with a human regarding delivery. A waste of time. No wonder everone hates Hermes.
