They’ve been fair, transparent, and I’ve never felt like they were trying to squeeze money out of me.    Quite simply, Norwich Accommodation Agency are the best agents I've had in 15 years of renting. The staff are approachable, friendly and reasonable. While most letting/ estate agents seem to lack genuine customer service, NAA really care about the tenants - which is quite refreshing to find! I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

   We rented for over 2 years through this agency. At the start of the tenancy, they were organised and quick with sorting out the tenancy agreement and inventory & condition report. Once we ended our tenancy with no property issues, they returned our full deposit quickly. We left the property on Friday morning & received their decision email on the next Monday morning. NAA gave us the feeling of dealing with a family orientated, local business who try to balance the rights & responsibilities between landlords & tenants. They are professional, fair-minded & quick to act when necessary. It's a pleasure to deal with James and his team & their contractor - Tim too. Yes, we would highly recommend NAA.
