   Avoid this company at all costs. One of their drivers hit my car and tried to drive off. I found him myself he admitted fault several times but refused to share insurance details, claiming it was company insurance. At their depot, the short-haired manager was rude, dishonest, and tried to twist the story. The driver later admitted she told him to deny responsibility. When I called, she lied again and brushed off my no-claims loss, saying “That’s life.” Dishonest, evasive, and completely unprofessional. Liars, fraudsters, and crooks avoid Motor Parts Direct.

   Very disappointing experience at this car parts shop. The person behind the counter, named Mack, was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. While I was there, he also made inappropriate and disrespectful remarks about a customer on the phone and commented on someone’s English in a mocking way. Completely unprofessional behaviour — not what you expect from a business serving the public. I won’t be returning.

   ⚠️STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY⚠️ One of their delivery drivers hit my nephew’s car and tried to drive off. He admitted fault but refused to provide insurance details, hiding behind “company insurance.” At their depot, the stocky, black‑raced manager with short hair was rude, dismissive, and tried to blame my nephew. The driver later admitted she ordered him to lie and deny responsibility. Because of their fraud and dishonesty, my nephew’s insurance premiums unfairly increased for an accident he did not cause. This company is run by liars, cheats, and crooks. They are dishonest, intimidating, and dangerous. Do not trust them under any circumstances. If they can do this to my nephew, they can do it to anyone. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
