   We stayed from late July until early December while on sabbatical from California. The Garden House was an amazing living space for the two of us. It is well provisioned and we could immediately take up residence without having to buy much. Also, it is located in a quintessential English flower garden; we regularly ate breakfast surrounded by flowers. We were sad to leave it.

   Terrible host, don’t sort out issues and don’t communicate well. Your call goes though to a generic switchboard with no affiliation to Swift. The numbers provided on the booking ring out. They just don’t contact you and ignore your calls and don’t call back. Nothing you can do. They are no help with accommodation issues. AVOID any accommodation with them as hosts.

   All around - simply the best and most affordable apartments in Norwich. I've found the apartments after spending 4 months house hunting in Norwich. They're in an excellent, central location near all the big shops, clubs and tourist attractions. Only 15-20 minutes from the train station. After the hassle free check in, you're greeted by stylish, simple and spacious apartments. So far, I've only lived in 3 of them - all provided me with peaceful and quiet enjoyment I've been looking for all these months. They managerial and cleaning staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. Special thanks go to Richard, who was always on point, responsive and helpful. Whenever I'm back in Norwich, Pottergate will be my first choice for any short-term housing needs.
