   We’ve had 2 Level 2 surveys carried out by Watsons and both experiences have been a breeze. It’s so easy to obtain a quote, book and pay for the survey. Both times we weren’t waiting long for the survey to be carried out or for the report to come back. Our most recent report we received the day after the survey was carried out. You can also log on at anytime after the survey to ask questions and get advice which is a lovely touch. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Both Dave and Paul were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From the very first conversation, Paul took the time to clearly explain which level of survey would be most suitable for our needs. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how patient and thorough he was, every part of the process was explained in detail. Communication was excellent; we were kept updated at every stage and received our report within just two days of the inspection.    The communication was good, survey done expeditiously and report was comprehensive. My only concern was some of the findings were disputed by the tradesman during the process of obtaining quotations. However, the report really helped us with picking issues we had not discovered during the house viewings. It saved us a lot of money on repairs.    I am very very happy with the service from this company. I am first time buyer and I was advised to do a Home Buyer's survey. I checked reviews and prices of different companies and this one was the cheapest with very good reviews. Mr. Lee Turner got in touch with me and clarified all my doubts. The appointment was booked within a few days from the time I first got in touch with Mr. Lee. I received the report the day after the surveyor Paul Mills went to the house and he completed a very detailed report showing that the house was in good condition and I am glad no major problems were detected.    Watsons really went above and beyond in every aspect. As my first house purchase in the U.K and really clueless about surveys, leases and well all the due diligence I'd need to do to make sure I was making the right decision I was delighted when a friend told me what good service she'd had with Watsons and I found out for myself. I was attempting to buy a grade 2 listed property with only 90 years left on it's lease so not a simple buy. From first contact with Dave Watson I was given clear information on all the surveys available but important advice about which would be most suitable due to the historic nature of the building. None of my many, many questions were too much and once I'd decided the survey was scheduled in a matter of days with the report arriving extremely promptly too. Unfortunately the report wasn't good reading and it was no problem for them to arrange for me to have a phone call with the surveyor so he could talk me though it as, inexperienced as I was I needed a few things explained. Mark (the surveyor) was very candid and gave his professional opinion and really helped me understand the risks I would be taking not just with current problems but in the future with such a builiding. He also offered to speak to my Estate Agent to support the survey if I decided to renegotiate. I made the hard decision to withdraw my offer but thanks to the staff at Watsons, 100% confident that I was doing the right thing. So want to thank them for dodging a bullet! I also spoke to James who works in lease extensions and want to thank him for the comprehensive information and guidance he gave me...on a (to me) a pretty complex process and feel sure that had I gone ahead with the property and lease extension. I would have been in good hands. So it's back to house hunting for me...but I know exactly who I will be using for the survey! Watsons.
