   This is just the perfect place to explore Norwich and Norfolk. It is central with parking, you are able to walk to all the sites and restaurants. The accommodation is high class, better equipped than our house, very quiet and comfy. The Ginger crew were uber- responsive, nothing too much trouble even trying to anticipate problems. The team and the setting cannot be beaten

   Apartment was amazing clean comfortable and great views local to shops and restaurants very clean. !! Donna was lovely who waited for us on arrival as we were late. Nothing was too much trouble. Great rooftop, and the sun was out for us 10/10 we will be back

   Oh my goodness! I am not sure I have enough adjectives! Beautiful space…gracious living with beautiful art and a lovely lift for those who are not so fond of stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (seriously you could prepare 6 courses if one was inclined…) The bed in the master bedroom could probably sleep 4 (spoiler alert…I did not test t this theory). 2 lovely bathrooms. Gorgeous lighting. Spacious dining area. I would give it more than 5 stars I could. The host was beyond amazing…responsive and well natured. And Norwich? I didn’t want to leave…was trying to find a job and the perfect way to fly my dog in from the States. Unfortunately I couldn’t convince my husband. Enjoy! Cheers.

   This is the second time we have stayed at city heights and we absolutely love this place. It's so conveniently located in the heart of Norwich with plenty of places to eat. It has a carpark and a rooftop and fireplace for those cold evenings. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

   We had a really great stay. Check-in was easy and the host was very understanding when we had to change the arrival arrangements. The apartment was super clean, well equipped, very comfortable and stylish. It is situated in a great central location with a lovely outside space. We would definitely stay again.

   Wonderful long weekend in Norwich City Centre. Left the car in the free car park and walked to all the city has the offer. Very comfortable apartment with a roof terrace with amazing views. Can totally recommend and will stay again. We booked direct and got a 10% discount.
