   Three attempts at four-wheel alignment (36 miles driven for each visit). Invoice was paid after the first attempt. Steering still pulls to the left in the UK roads; extra payment was requested for the third attempt despite no resolution. No road test was carried out on the first or second visit, and tyre pressures were not checked. The car drives perfectly straight in continental Europe, confirming that road-crown compensation — a standard part of four-wheel alignment on this vehicle — was not applied. I will need to resolve this elsewhere. Update in response to the owner’s reply: Thank you for the response. For accuracy, after the second visit I was advised by you not to return until the following week. The road-crown compensation applied on that visit was not effective, and when I identified that the steering pull remained, I was not permitted to return the same day. Tyre pressures were not checked on any of the three visits (or at least were not reported as checked with any values provided). A test drive was conducted only on the third visit, after which additional payment was requested without any prior agreement, on the basis that a correction had been made; however, it later became clear that the steering pull remained. I did not threaten the business with reviews; this is a factual account of events. The outcome remains that, having paid for alignment services and after three alignment attempts, the steering still pulls to the left on UK roads, while the vehicle drives perfectly straight in continental Europe. This suggests that road-crown compensation may not have been applied correctly as part of the alignment process. As the issue remains unresolved, I will need to have it corrected elsewhere.    Great place. I turned up with no booking and a slow puncture. They were able to repair my tyre and I was away within half an hour. The boss told me how many miles I had left on my tyres, showed me how to reset the tyre pressure indicator. Only charged me £20 for the work. I will definitely be back for new tyres when the time comes.

   I went here today with a very very slow leak on one tyre. Problem diagnosed and fixed in about 20 minutes. Friendly helpful people. Great price. I'm definitely going back to them for all things tyre related. I recommend booking an appointment though as parking spaces are extremely limited and I get the impression they're always busy.

   Make sure to take photos of your alloy wheels before you let them work on the car. They scratched one alloy by mistake probably, but another one on purpose to make it look like stone chips after i pointed out the first one. Very unprofessional. Alloys were refurbished less than two weeks ago.
