   Took my BMW today for a diagnostic check. The senior gentleman there was so helpful. Diagnosed the car and did not charge me could have if he wanted to. Its a shame they could not sort and given me the reasons for that which I respect. For my servicing and electrical needs I will definitely go there. Thank you Sir.

   Very poor customer service. They seem very uninterested in your business. The chap (senior chap) needs to take lessons in customer service and how to talk to people properly. You have lost a customer who would of brought a lot of business your way.

   phoned to follow up on a quote having previously got MOT here. as soon as the man answered i knew my experience wasn’t going to be great, he sounded like answering the phone was the worst thing he could of done in his life. I enquired a week ago yet he had no idea who i was or why i was calling, with the conversation ending with him asking was it a oil service i needed. I then politely said not to worry to which he hung up! Good customer service costs nothing. don’t bother, try somewhere else!

   Don’t bother!!! An absolute joke of a company. !! booked an appointment which i waited weeks for. Dropped of my bmw for diagnostic of oil leak and suspension noise which apparently they specialise in, took a cab back got a call 5 hours later my car is ready for collection, cabbed it back to be told they can’t work on my car as the exhaust had been ‘manipulated’ . Rude guy at the reception 3 weeks wasted £30 in cab fare all for nothing!! Trust the other bad reviews, save your self the time and book else where.
