   I am very satisfied with the service received from TOLA especially Sarah. I have managed to get my property on rent after a month and this was only possible through the great team at TOLA that offer excellent advice, are very friendly, always available to help and resolve any issues and go out of their way to support you. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

   I have been using the TOLA to find tenants for a number of years and couldn't rate them more highly - I have also used the other online letting agency which seems to be the dominant one in the market but it's nowhere near as good. Cheryl who looked after my account  this time, was fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive but I've dealt with other members of staff in the past - Eleanor in particular - and they have always been brilliant. The only glitch was a few years ago when I asked them to renew my EPC after I had every Victorian sash window replaced by a double glazed one and got a worse EPC than before! . It turned out, according to the tenants, that the inspector was allergic to cats, initially refused to come in and left after a couple of minutes. I complained to TOLA but to no avail!

   I would highly recommend The Online Letting Agents; they are very efficient, keeping good lines of communication open to get the job done. I like the fact that you can pick and choose the services that you require... great if you're a hands-on Landlord but also great if you're not, as they cover all bases. Their rates are excellent value for money too. Eleanor was exceptional in her knowledge & professionalism. They found me 2 fabulous tenants, the process was very smooth & I am delighted all-round with the excellent service they provide.
