   Selling a house is never easy, with so many variables that can frustrate and scupper the sale or purchase at any time. Dealing with the Property Ladder and Ben specifically was an absolute pleasure. His advise, attention to detail and coordinating all of the aspects of my sale has kept in on track. It wasn't straight forward, but his skill with both Buyer and seller made all of the issues we encountered seem surmountable. Well done Ben!    I cannot thank Ben and the team highly enough. We had a very difficult time with our sale through another agent and onward purchase, mostly due to solicitors not pulling their weight. However dealing with Ben in particular was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble and actually helped with our sale even though they were not selling for us. Punctual, polite, persistent, pleasant and most of just a decent human. Thanks again to you and your team as I really feel we wouldn't have got there without your help. Would recommend to anyone!

   Where do I start…… We (regrettably) didn’t use these guys to sell our property, however, we had the pleasure of working with the team on our purchase. From offer accepted to completion, Property Ladder liaised with us on a weekly basis. They went above and beyond to make the whole transition stress free. We were kept in the loop every step of the way - something we failed to receive from the agency we signed with!! Nothing was an inconvenience to them.    I recently purchased my first property with Property Ladder. I communicated with Marie, the area sales manager and I had a great experience. I have been in contact with many other estate agents from a range of companies, but I was so pleased to have Marie - she spoke professionally but also not in an artificial sort of way that I feel sometimes others do, which makes the whole transaction more disingenuous. She was attentive and quick to respond, either through email or on the phone. She also chased up solicitors when necessary and allowed communication between me (the buyer) and the seller to run smoothly. I couldn’t recommend her enough. When I went to Property Ladder in the city centre to receive my keys, Jenna was friendly and I received a bottle of fizz which cannot be complained about! Overall, I’m so pleased to have Marie as the estate agent I was in contact with as it made the whole experience less stressful and just generally so much better!
