    Unfortunately, our property remained on the market for considerably longer than we would have wished, being a difficult period of political uncertainty and for houses of our price range. It was eventually necessary to do a price reduction in order to secure a sale. During the period Abbotts were very supportive and their wide reach of agencies led to a substantial number of potential buyer viewings. During our dealings with Abbotts, staff were always courteous and helpful and were always prepared to escort potential buyers around the property in our absence. They would also do an intial of assessment of interested customers to ensure there were no “time wasters”.

    Abbotts recently sold our cottage in Walcott for us. It was quite a roller coaster - lots of interest and offers, which was great, but it took a while for us to find our buyer. Thorough out that time, Emma and Sharon were a great 'tag team' I could always talk to one of them and they knew what the situation was. They were very flexible - our property was a holiday let and there were times where they went above and beyond to make sure the cottage was ready to view. Once we'd found our buyer, their post sales efforts were great. The only negative for me was the Solicitor that our buyers used - DCLaw. They were recommended to them by Abbotts and I have to say, they were terrible. Our buyers found them extremely difficult and slow to deal.

    We recently sold our property through Abbotts in Wroxham and wow what exceptional service from everyone involved from Jack who came to value our property to then marketing it and then Sharon, Emma and kelvin all keeping us updated throughout and also a special shoutout to Emma who carried out the viewings on our property and knew all the information about the viewers and also updated us weekly with the after sales process which is exactly what you want from your agent, she was amazing! It’s clear to see that everyone in the office is so passionate about selling homes and offering excellent service from start to finish.

    The experience I had from start to finish with the team at Wroxham was fantastic, the professional approach in marketing my property, leading to it being sold was great. Unfortunately the sale fell through but this was not the fault of the agency, just unscrupulous buyers messing both me and Abbots about. They marketed my property immediately again and the support I got from Emma, kelvin and the rest of the team was unbelievable and professional, with regular updates and great advice. Putting the unfortunate upset we had to one side, the overall journey was made simply and manageable by Abbots.

    We had the pleasure of working with Emma at Abbott’s. She was an absolute star, it was a difficult purchase (not due to Abbott’s, but sellers further up the chain) but Emma ensured that this was chased and updated both our seller and us as the buyer- going above most estate agents and making sure everyone in the chain was progressing as they should. I would have no doubts in when selling a property going back to Emma at Abbott’s, often many estate agents are good at advertising and finding a buyer through rightmove but awful at keeping track and progressing your sale. However Emma at Abbott’s ensured that this was dealt with as best she could and always made sure she was contactable. For anyone looking at finding at good estate agent in Norfolk, buying/ selling a home can be stressful but save yourself that hassle and go with Abbott’s!!
