   When this nail bar started 5 years ago, there were only 2 owners as staff who were very glad and polite to welcome new clients. Their service was impeccable back then. However, after 5 years have passed and I took a short break, the owners who used to do my nails pushed me into other staff and decided to concentrate on people who were spending more money. After 5 recent visits I noticed they were skimping on nail vanish remover and applying very thin layers of powder which did not last. My gel powder nails used to last 3 weeks but now they start chipping and breaking after one week. When I tried to explain this to the male owner as he fixed the recently broken nail, he told me to shush and starting talking on top of me. Most rude and now only interested in maximin profit at the cost of customer satisfaction and quality. I shall not be returning ever again as they have become very arrogant.

They are all so professional and friendly and make sure I’m happy with the nails and that’s why I’ve been going to them for years! Today I made a last minute appointment and they made sure to squeeze me in and I was super happy with my nails as always ✨

   I really love the quality of their work and the attention to detail—they do beautiful nails. However, I wish they were more diligent about sterilizing their equipment between clients. Unfortunately, I developed a wart after a visit, which makes me concerned about their hygiene practices.

   Emily took care of my gel infills today. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very professional and took the time to make sure my nails were neatly done, giving her advice on the best colour combinations (which she was spot on with)! I'm always excited to visit Hollywood Nails!
