   This is the first year that we have dipped into the rental market and are currently in the process of securing tenants for our property. Although we are still at the start of the process, we feel really well supported by AbbotFox. Louie came out to view our property and chat through the process with us. He appeared very knowledgeable and we felt AbbotFox was more professional than other agencies. Since then we have had the pleasure to work with Jennifer who is always very friendly and happy to answer our queries.    Rob, at Abbot Fox has been absolutely brilliant! From making my first enquiry over the telephone, to arranging viewings, to negotiating an offer, and now speaking re the finer details. Rob has been so kind, whilst professional. Answering questions, and helping to make the process as smooth as possible. I am always able to get in touch. The office hours are great, and Rob has always been on hand to discuss matters. Rob is very fair, with a sensible approach to the industry. I am so relieved, and pleased that despite the property we have brought, being advertised by multiple agents, that I chose to buy via the agent I preferred, which was due to Rob’s efficiency, and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Rob keeps things realistic, and he is down to earth. He just understands, from simple laymen’s terms, what’s required. He explains the process brilliantly.
