My son stayed here for 4 weeks from mid sep to mid oct while he was doing his medical electives at the Norwich Hospital. I helped arrange for his stay. From the word go, it was such a welcoming experience organising the stay. Andy and Paulina were very helpful and professional in arranging for his stay and as it was my son's birthday a day after arrival, they even helped to celebrate it! My son loved the ambience, friends he made and the apartment itself was modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. He will be writing his own review but I wanted to share my experience of arranging for the accommodation. I felt that it was a place where the guests are treated as part of a wider community and not made to feel like a stranger! Would highly recommend Princes House.

Great place to stay! Well-maintained, peaceful, quiet apartment. The building is exceptionally clean and filled with beautiful plants, creating a calming atmosphere. Location couldn't get any better - right in the city centre, short walk to everything you need. The team is very friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Princes House on 11 Princes Street in Norwich. The management went above and beyond—kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. My room exceeded expectations: spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It felt less like accommodation and more like a welcoming home away from home. I’d recommend Princes House without hesitation to anyone visiting Norwich.

I had the pleasure of living at 12 Princes House, 11 Princes Street in Norwich for one year, and my experience has been excellent. The apartment itself is very nice, quiet, and well-maintained, and the entire building is extremely clean and located on one of the best streets in Norwich, right in the heart of the city. Equally important, the managing team of the building has been outstanding, always professional, helpful, and responsive. They made the whole stay smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated their support throughout my tenancy. I would highly recommend both the apartment and the management team to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Norwich.

Our stay at Princes Street was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts were absolutely fantastic – service-minded, warm-hearted, always available, and incredibly solution-oriented. From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. We absolutely loved our time in the apartment and genuinely wished we could have stayed for many years to come. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, comfortable, and made us feel completely at home. We give our highest and most sincere recommendation. This has, by far, been the best experience we have ever had. Thank you for everything! Tanja and Glen

I stayed in Princes House for almost a year and I was very pleased with my studio. The apartment is very modern and well-equipped and even if we are in the city centre it is very calm and quiet. It felt like home and as a girl living on her own I always felt safe. Jackie and Gareth are very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this place.

I had a great year at Princes House (even during COVID). Gaz and Jackie were incredibly helpful and always on hand if I had a question or issue. My room was spacious, bright, and the facilities were better than home! The apartments are centrally located making it easy to access UEA, NUA, and anything else in the surrounding area. During COVID, it felt like a very safe retreat, and I was sad to leave at the end of my tenancy. I wish I had discovered Princes House earlier so I could have spent more of my university years there.

The flat is at a lovely location in the city centre. The neighbourhood is busy but Princes Street itself is pretty quiet. Great opportunities to go jogging by the canals if you live there. The flat was well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, some kitchen utensils and furnished with new furniture. There were hardly any problems and if something needed to be fixed, Gaz and Jackie were very quick to action. They are extremely responsible and responsive. Thank you both for making my stay enjoyable!

I don't really have anything to complain about in my 2 year experience at Princes house as an international student. It's a nice quiet accommodation in a super convenient city center location which makes getting around a breeze. It's especially convenient if you are an NUA student as most of the school buildings are a 3-10min walk away. The staff were always super friendly and easy to contact. Anything that I needed fixed or had issues with was usually resolved within a day or two and most of those issues were minor and caused by mistakes on my part. Jackie and Gareth were very warm, kind and pleasant to deal with. Even though I was quiet and kept to myself, they still made an effort to be welcoming which I greatly appreciated. I mean I can only speak from my experience but I would definitely say that it's worth checking out these flats or contacting the staff to ask questions if you're curious.
