   Really impressed with ease of booking through the website. We’ve been staying in Norfolk for many years but always booked through other companies. The whole communication process was efficient and responsive. This included email and phone communication prior to our stay, during our stay and following our stay. The staff are keen to offer support and very open to hearing property feedback to share with the owners. I appreciated the email reminders before and towards the end of the holiday with details about checking in and checking out too.

   Lovely cottage and great location. Quiet corner right on riverbank with splendid views. Local ship pub within short walking distance and food was very good. As was breakfast at the Post Office Cafe. We also took our grandson to Petits Adventure Park, about 25 mins walk away, and had a really terrific day. What we felt disappointed with was the skimping in the cottage. Cleaning was just about adequate but we had a frying pan which was filthy and had to clean before use, also found someone’s sock under settee and layer of dust. Could do with a deep clean. Also no dish cloth or tea towels when we arrived, although these were provided after I contacted them. We ran out of toilet rolls as they only provided two, (really!), also no proper milk but uht capsules instead. Also dishwasher doesn’t clean well and left everything wet. Maybe needing rinse aid? We have rented many many properties over the years and felt these things. Which cost very little, let what is a lovely property down.

   We recently enjoyed a three night stay at the shipyard studio in Wells. The location was perfect, with views over the East Quay and the Norfolk coastal path passing directly outside. Easy 5-10 minute walk into Wells where there was a really lovely choice of restaurants and pubs. The accommodation itself was perfect for 2 couples, really spacious with lots of different areas from which to enjoy the sunshine that flooded in. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. All in all a perfect stay. Can’t wait to return!

   The Properties agent is helpful, efficient and good service. We booked a good air bnb through Norfolk Holiday Properties,,location of air bnb is excellent, 10 minute walk to city center. Spacious interior and sufficient amenities which we let us enjoyed the holidays in Norwich! We sure book again through Norfolk Holiday Properties on our next vacation!

   It is fabulous working with these guys, they just take care of everything from the start, if you want a hassle free experience, I can’t recommend them enough. So knowledgeable and willing to give you their advice, gained through experience, to absolutely get the best return. One of the most important things for me though is that they are always on the end of the phone, just when you need to speak to someone, whatever it may be they are there and on it! You just can’t beat that service. A big ‘thank you’ to Sascha and the team.

   We booked a small cottage in the centre of Norwich. We had a number of queries prior to booking which Georgia answered promptly. Communication throughout was faultless, the staff working hard to deal with any issues efficiently and with the utmost courtesy. The WiFi was not working which was an issue as I had to work during our short stay but again, the team worked hard to resolve the issue for us. Thanks to Lee and a special shout out to Georgia for their exceptional customer service. We will use Norfolk Holiday Properties without hesitation in future.
