   director Philp MORAN, is somewhat dishonest in my opinion, seemed to be helpful at the beginning, but in truth just abused his position as landlord, he has now left Oak Lodge and stated up doing exactly the same as me, He also tried to contact my main supplier, but they saw straight through him. The present landlord has said this "All I can do is to assure you that Phil is no longer a director of Oak Lodge, not does he have any shares in the business, any financial involvement or any operational involvement. His association with Oak Lodge is now limited to a registered address and a few bits of junk in one of the sheds." This is what you get from someone that you signed a tenancy agreement with, I pay monthly on time and now am losing sales due to the person that was a director. I have checked with Companies house and Philip Moran is still showing as a director. I am obviously not happy with the current situation and will pursue this matter further. Update. tried to speak with Roger the current Director, he just wants me out as soon as possible. saying nothing to do with him as Philip Moran no longer works there. I find this quite strange, having a Director go into your Office to riffle around and taking stock without asking is not what you need from a what I thought was a trusted landlord, I have since found out he has called my main supplier and tried to get stock directly. Would not recommend this business centre at all. Thought I could reason with Roger, but he obviously does not need the hassle. Begs to ask the question what other dishonestly Philip Moran has carried out. Update 4th july 2024. Roger just handed me a 30 day notice to leave. So will have to take this Business centre to court. after complaining to roger. He then backdated the effective date of Phil Moran resignation as Director to June 2023 he did this on 12 June 2024, I can only assume this was a Sad attempt to distance himself from Phil Moran. But I have called companies house up and they will be looking into this fragrant false information. The requirement for a director to tell companies house of a resignation is 14 days. Quite simple to do. Maybe both Roger and Phil should not be in a position of Directorships. I have lost over £5000 in sales and have found out that Phil Moran had access to the business centre also.
