Absolutely useless. Nobody came to the drop off point. Had to go back to the till to see if there was someone available. Counter assistant was rude. Then finally someone with the gadget arrived who didn’t have a clue who took it someone else who didn’t listen to be told they don’t print out the labels….30 mins of my life I’ll never get back.
