    I have just been to the swansea store and yet again the worse service ever .... It is always a problem for the staff and don't want to help at all ... This time they have sold me a driver that doesn't work for me and will not help resolve the issue with it.. the fitting for driver was with someone who was not qualified to do so and didn't try any of the settings on club or different shafts ... Stay away from this store as it is worse customer service is Swansea .. I will blnever step foot in the store again .. I hope someone higher up in American golf looks at this post and reaches out ... following on for reply... This reply IS A LIE... I WANT FITTED PROPERLY FOR DRIVER AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEED TO PAY EXTRA £180 FOR CORRECT SHAFT .. NO REFUND FOR CLUB COULD NOT EXCHANGE CLUB.....*** Stay away from this shop *** THEY ARE CROOKS**

    Good quality products and selection. Stock can be a problem but that's down to the manufacturer and delivery dates gobout the window. Also no matter if you spend £100 or £2000 they can't do any money off.

    The store Manager didn't know what items had a reduced price, so we were charged full until we had to show him details online, then we had to delete all the receipts and start again, he has no personality and certainly doesn't show interest of what's happening in store.

    Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and out right liars. Would love to speak to someone from corporate and would never recommend this company specifically this store to anyone. Happy to have a chat with anyone about this. Save your petrol and order online.

    Store was great, staff helpful and decent selection of stuff! Only issue I have is that following giving my email address for receipt, I seem to get a daily email from them with offers! Well worth going there to see the clubs/equipment though

    After being completely and utterly mis treated and wrong sold clubs by the machynys branch, these guys were absolutely phenomenal!! Michael the pro that fitted me for my new replacement clubs was unbelievable and quite literally game changing !!I've left the store knowing the clubs I've bought are smack bang on suites to me my swing speed my game and can't wait for the set to come to try out on the course . I will never walk foot in the machynys branch again and will be dealing with these guys 100%
