   Lovely store, but today I asked 1 lady for help and she just pointed and said “it’s down there” i understand she was restocking some stickers but she could have been more polite and helpful. Then when I got to the tills, a young girl was serving me, I started placing my items on the desk from my basket and she didn’t offer a bag and then when I asked she just put it to the side and hurried me to pass more items, no help packing , just stood there looking at me trying to rush while she asked me to pay, I was still trying to pack, I asked where I put my basket and she said I need to go put it back , so go out and back in when the lady next to her was offering to take their customers basket off them and stack them by her untill she was free to put them away

   I recently visited The Range in Cwmdu and was genuinely impressed by the variety and quality of products on offer. Whether you're looking for home decor, garden essentials, DIY tools, or even arts and crafts supplies, this store has it all under one roof. The layout makes it easy to find what you need, and the shelves are always well-stocked. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me with a few questions I had about paint and wallpaper. Checkout was quick, and the store felt clean and organized throughout. It's become my go-to place for both practical items and a bit of inspiration for home projects. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

   Great shopping experience in the Range Cwmdu. I love this store, its much better than the llansamlet one. Better laid out, more choice of goods and the assistant (Axel) was very helpful and had a wide knowledge of the products in the art department. She helped me choose the ideal product for the job i needed to do. Very impressed and would recommend this store highly.

   The staff are always too busy stocking to help so if you ask a question its like you are burdening them which is not great, I tend to walk around several times hunting for what I need. On my visit 19th Jan I had £100 worth of stuff to get to the till to be advised cash only as they card terminals were down. I walked to the bingo next door to use the atm and when I went back to tills they were taking card payments... not ideal.

   Called in few weeks ago for a real Christmas tree. They had a big range of sizes. Some were out of nets, others in nets. Asked a member of staff if they could help me and along came Joe, he was great, nothing was too much trouble for him. He helped me choose the tree, and even carried it to the car. I always find the staff at the Range really helpful, and Joe certainly was. The tree is beautiful, keeping its shape well, and was a good price.
