Bought some headlight last week and staff very helpful. Parking space available and did not wait long. I have also used the online service and collect it;very useful

So I ordered a car battery and opt in for the express delivery, I called in their helpline at 16:26 hours and they said they would deliver it by 18:00 hours same day… I waited endlessly but they didn’t deliver.. the bad thing was I need to use the car for work the next day which was a weekend but I could not and I live far away from work which cost me more than the amount of the battery… I’m not happy with their service tbh.

Hit and miss on service to be honest; you could go in 1 dsy and be seen by someone who's happy and served withing seconds or go in and wait 19 mins like I did to be served by so eone miserable... reminds me of my ex girlfriend in all fairness
Great staff, excellent telephone manner and customer service which is followed up by their professional welcome when you arrive in store. Many other companies could learn from the level of attentive customer service that just seemed natural for these guys. Give these chaps a raise.

Hit or miss. Euro car parts love to give the customers a good old run around even when you give them the part code / numbers. Prices for parts are great.and will in most cars have on self.
